We will champion your professional development, career progression and wellbeing.Join us in helping make an impact.Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs the Injury Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the success of the Regional Work Focus team by managing some of our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs.As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durationsImplement services as per Customer SLAsCoach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirementsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent WFA at public forums and on various committees as requiredQualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role:Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experienceSpecialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industryDemonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolioCustomer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreementsDemonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolioStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing othersWillingness to travel (car and license essential)Additional InformationWhat we offer you:Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning team!Multiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from within!Generous financial incentives program to reward you for your impactPurchase additional annual leavePaid parental leaveAdditional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much more!At WorkFocus, we get people well and working.Since 1989, we have impacted the lives of over 100,000 Australians by providing a range of services to prevent and minimise the social, physical, psychological and financial consequences of injury and illness.
