The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0.
This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history.
It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.
Purpose of the Role: Responsible for the onsite Injury Management and patient transport between sites and to off site medical facilities as required.
Qualifications: Formal Return to Work Coordinator trainingAdvanced First Aid or higherFull Drivers License (C Class)White CardExperience: Injury Management/Return to WorkPatient ManagementExperience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works including FIFOExperience in Microsoft office suite and any Injury Management Systems Required Competencies: Good working knowledge of Injury Management including NSW workers Compensation requirements.Good interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels with stake holders within injury management.Exceptional problem-solving skillsStrong Initiative and proactive natureKey collaborative skillsStrong stakeholder management skills across different levelsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-developed time management skillsHigh attention to detailGood knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance of NSW Worker Compensation Act 1987 and NSW Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998Coordinate with onsite Medical providers the injury management of work related injuries/illnesses.Safe transport of non-urgent patients to offsite medical facilities as required by onsite Medical providers.Facilitated in conjunction with onsite Medical providers reviews with Occupational Physician Service, ensure Certificates are Signed by Injured party.Attend Return to Work Plan meetings with Injured party & supervisor to discuss restriction & ensure plan is understood and signed by all parties involved.Ensure Injury party medical certification remains current by coordinating with onsite medical and Occupational Physician Service.Attend with Injured parties permission offsite medical consultation to provide recovery at work options to treating facilityAny other duties as directed by the Return to Work Coordinator.Comply with FGJV policies and procedures as amended from time to time.Complete required tasks in a timely manner.The above listed authorities & responsibilities are only a guide and may change as directed by your Manager/Supervisor or as per the requirements of FGJV Management.
