About the opportunity IFYS has a new opportunity for an Injury Management Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of injury management services for IFYS employees with work related and non-work-related injuries across a geographically dispersed organisation. This role will also assist in improving safety more broadly and assist in projects and identifying areas to improve IFYS' safety culture.

Reviewing safety data to identify and implement measures to improve IFYS' safety culture. Manage workers compensation claims, including communication with insurer, Workcover QLD and injured employees. Work with treating medical practitioners, internal stakeholders and the injured employee to develop, monitor and review suitable duties plans. Assist in incident investigation.
