You'll support injured employees in their return-to-work programs and guide managers and business partners on managing non-work-related injuries. Utilise your skills to implement initiatives and programs positively impacting both physical and psychological injury elements within the TAFE NSW WHS management system.About YouYour role is crucial to our team's success in workplace injury management and recovery. You'll work hands-on with injured workers, line management, medical providers, and internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels are essential.
