We're searching for an experienced Injury Management & Wellbeing Specialist to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner.

About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Experience team, in this newly created role in Sydney.
Reporting to our Health & Wellbeing Lead, you'll be responsible for the delivery of our wellbeing strategy, creating and facilitating wellbeing training and initiatives, and providing injury management services across ANZ.

With your passion for wellbeing, you will be able to drive change and support our network through times of need and critical incidents.
You'll be managing our workers compensation claims in partnership with our insurance agents and occupational health providers, supporting our injured workers and helping them transition back to work.
You'll also get involved in supporting our wellbeing projects across the network, as a subject matter expert in mental wellbeing matters.

Ideally you will be based out of our Sydney Distribution Centre in Pemulwuy however there is some flexibility on location in Sydney.
Note there will be some travel with this position (within NSW and potentially other states).

About You
Ideally you will have experience working in injury management and/or return to work positions You enjoy facilitating training sessions, and are passionate about mental health and wellbeing You have experience managing complex workers compensation matters across multiple jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand You like to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvements A self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and shows initiative Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with a passion for building strong professional relationships Ideally you will have a Return to Work Coordination qualification If this sounds like you, click apply now!
