About the Opportunity As the Injury Management & Return to Work Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing injury management and return-to-work processes within our organisation. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with our obligations as a self-insured entity while enhancing our injury management framework through effective case management and early intervention strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive return-to-work plans and injury prevention programs, training and mentoring people leaders, and overseeing the procurement of external support services. In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders, including managers and people leaders, providing daily support and guidance on injury management processes. You will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and Safety & Wellbeing experts to align injury management strategies with organisational objectives.
What You Bring In this role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that enhances our injury management, return-to-work and workers compensation initiatives. Your strong understanding of injury management processes and your expertise in return-to-work strategies will enable you to effectively coordinate cases and promote early intervention. You will demonstrate your commitment to safety and well-being through your proactive approach to developing and implementing injury prevention programs. The Injury Management and RTW Coordinator will apply their exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and compliance across all injury management practices. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will leverage data to monitor key metrics and assess program effectiveness, driving enhancements that contribute to a safer and healthier workplace.
