08th January, 2025HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunity for a well-experienced Senior Case Manager, Return to Work Advisor or Injury Management Coordinator to join a highly established not-for-profit organisation in their Safety and Wellbeing department.
As the IM & Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for administrating the lodgement of injury or incident through to managing a portfolio of work and non-work related injuries and supporting RTW.
This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from corporate office (Sydney CBD) as well as from home or on many of the sites. The roleManage stakeholder relationships including injured workers, site leaders, rehab providers, insurers, investigators & brokers.Injury management of a portfolio of approx 35 claims consisting of largely physical injuries across front and tail.Lodge notification of injuries ensuring accuracy and in a timely manner.Form part of the corporate team under WHS and support with Safety, Legal Correspondence, and Wellbeing initiatives.Self-managed diary and requires the use of Excel and internal reporting systems.About youPrevious experience in Worker Compensation required.Understand the timeframes involved with NSW or ACT state legislation.Confident to liaise with front line workers to senior and executive level staff.Pay high attention to detail and have experience using Excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Benefits$90,000 - $95,000 + super + benefits.Hybrid working 1-2 days from home.Excellent step for those wanting to transition to working directly with an employer.Work autonomously, yet supported and focus on results.We believe in the freedom to be our authentic selves and welcome people of all genders, ages, nationalities, ethnicity, sexual orientations, personality, and perspectives to apply for any of our roles.
