Key ResponsibilitiesJoin a passionate team of Injury Management Advisors, supporting injured workers to return to workProvide advice and guidance on injury management processesUtilise your strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills to make a positive difference for injured workersExperience providing injury management advice and support internally within an employer is desirableSpecialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsExperience and knowledge of the legislative obligations of the employer and employees under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (WIRC Act).Demonstrated experience using an injury claims management system (Solv experience highly regarded).WorkSafe Victoria Return to Work Coordinator course accreditation is desirable.A minimum of three years' experience in injury management is desirable.This is an ongoing position.
