Key Responsibilities Join a passionate team of Injury Management Advisors, supporting injured workers to return to work Provide advice and guidance on injury management processes Utilise your strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills to make a positive difference for injured workers Experience providing injury management advice and support internally within an employer is desirable Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Experience and knowledge of the legislative obligations of the employer and employees under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (WIRC Act). Demonstrated experience using an injury claims management system (Solv experience highly regarded). WorkSafe Victoria Return to Work Coordinator course accreditation is desirable. A minimum of three years' experience in injury management is desirable. This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
