About CDK Stone
For over 40 years, we've supported the stone industry across Australia. If you've seen a stone benchtop, chances are we've provided the tools and equipment that transformed the slab into a kitchen or bathroom surface. Operating in the premium market, we also import and sell industrial stone processing machinery and luxurious natural stone.
Alongside direct sales to stonemasons, we serve the reseller market through various retailers. Our Tools and Equipment division has a high-performing sales team, and we're now seeking a Tools and Equipment Sales Manager to mentor, develop, and lead the internal and external sales team responsible for the reseller market across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.
About the Role
Reporting to one of our directors you will add significant value by:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring the internal sales team and external sales representatives overseeing the reseller market across VIC, NSW, and QLD. Conducting monthly one-on-one meetings and chair weekly and fortnightly sales meetings. Researching the stone industry to drive CDK's growth in the reseller market. Collaborating with the sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance product offerings for customers. Travelling interstate to provide on-the-road coaching to external sales representatives and meet key stakeholders at reseller retailers. Assisting in setting and achieving sales budgets and KPIs, while preparing sales reports and projections.
