Inionba Pastoralis situated at Kyvalley Victoria has an exciting opportunity for a second in charge Manager who is passionate about cows and the farming environment.

THE POSITION This full-time permanent position includes a range of knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Milking Artificial insemination Feed management and delivery Herd health and animal husbandry Hoof trimming Cow observations Heifer management Managing teams Vaccination/record keeping Work, health, and safety standards and requirements General farming and farm activities Tractor and mixer wagon driving The expected hours are a minimum of 45 – 50 hours per week, 5 days on, 2 days off per week. The remuneration package range is between $78,000-$85,000, which includes a base salary, plus superannuation and, pending the candidate, may include the provision of accommodation.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS Experience in dairying with a minimum of 5 years of farming experience, including the management of other employees, OR a Bachelor of Agriculture plus 3 years experience. A current driver's license. A real interest in learning and developing new skills. The ability to be an effective manager and communicator.
