The Opportunity We are looking for an Inhouse Counsel with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
This role offers a primary focus on construction law while providing opportunities to engage in a broad range of litigation and legal matters.
Our environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and stimulating.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction law and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload with a primary focus on construction law.
Work closely with experienced Partners and colleagues to deliver top-quality legal services.
Handle various construction-related legal matters, gaining exposure to other practice areas.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to the firm's processes.
Draft and provide contract-related advice.
What We're Looking For We are seeking an individual who is passionate about construction law and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will: Have 5-10 years of experience in a well-regarded litigation practice, with a focus on construction.
Possess strong case management skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues in construction.
Be a proactive problem-solver eager to thrive in a high-performance and supportive culture.
Demonstrate a keen interest in every aspect of a legal matter and work diligently with clients.
Exhibit professional conduct and demeanour with a strong work ethic.
Be a team player, collaborative, open, honest, and with integrity.
Have excellent communication skills.
