About role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing HR administration for our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) operations.
This role supports a smooth and efficient experience for our employees from onboarding through the employee lifecycle, handling employee queries, and managing HR data and processes in our HRIS (Workday).

What will you do?
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to manage onboarding for ANZ new joiners.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, forms, and onboarding actions in Workday.
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure timely payment and documentation, administer induction programs, and manage probation reviews.
Support the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams with promotions, transfers, and other lifecycle changes.
Update Workday for changes and coordinate with Payroll for accurate data alignment.
Manage terminations (voluntary and involuntary), ensuring timely processing and accurate records in Workday.
Maintain accurate HRIS records in Workday, covering onboarding, lifecycle changes, and terminations.
Generate reports from Workday and other HR platforms as needed to support the HR team.
Partner with Payroll to ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
Handle ad hoc HR and payroll-related queries, working with other HR team members for complex cases.
Assist the HR Operations Manager with benefits administration for ANZ employees.
Process invoices in line with Finance processes, ensuring timely and accurate records.
What experiences & competencies do you bring?
HR-related tertiary qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration and query management.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, etc.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
