We have an exciting new position within the marketing team at Ingenia. The Marketing Executive will support the execution of the state marketing strategy at a regional / local level to drive project outcomes and commercial results. The core role objective is to drive awareness, consideration and action among our target demographic for your portfolio of communities (Gardens and Rentals) and nurture leads through the life cycle to conversion through effective customer experience and database engagement.
Key Accountabilities
Support the day-to-day marketing operations with guidance from the Head of Marketing - Lifestyle Assist in the development of portfolio based campaign strategy and execute at a regional or local level Collaborate with the Head of Operations on each portfolio's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain brand integrity while retaining a strong connection with the Ingenia parent brand Work with the Head of Marketing - Lifestyle to manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is effective, efficient and accurately reported Regularly analyse lead traffic, quality, behaviour and trends both at a local and regional level to inform marketing strategy and planning Develop engaging and educational database communications and deliver end-to-end, including copywriting, graphic asset creation, building and sending eDMs and reporting Work closely with the wider marketing team to continually evolve our holistic approach to collateral and content Coordinate asset production such as photography, video shoots, aerials, floor plans and general marketing collateral Manage community event logistics (i.e. open days) Coordinate regular website content updates with SEO outcomes at top of mind Maintain online property listings for Gardens and Rentals Support our frontline staff with collateral requests from stage release brochures to signage requirements Experience / Requirements
Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems etc. Four to six years generalist marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property industry Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end including objectives, ideation, planning, execution, and evaluation Experience briefing and managing the output of agency partners Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, experienced at working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups Be organised with experience managing multiple tasks concurrently (across varied projects) with competing deadlines Results oriented and data driven Ability to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies Self-motivated, enjoys working autonomously and as part of a team Culture and Benefits In return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now!
