About the Role We are looking for a performance driven Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of Ingenia's VIC State marketing strategy within our Lifestyle Communities team.
Your core role objective is to assist in driving awareness, consideration and action among our target demographic for the VIC Greenfield Developments and nurture leads through to conversion through effective customer experience and database engagement.
This opportunity will see you working closely with our VIC Marketing Manager to drive day-to-day marketing operations and assist in the development of state campaign strategy.
This role also requires occasional local and regional travel for onsite events, site visits and meetings.
Your time will be split between working from home and traveling to communities for onsite meetings and commitments.
Key Accountabilities Manage project branding, ensuring consistency across all marketing, media and collateral to retain project integrity and clarity of positioning to the market.
Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns and collateral including preparing briefs, artwork and graphic assets, copywriting, proof reading, printing, liaising with internal stakeholders and managing external agencies.
Coordinate photography, brochures, video shoots, signage, merchandise, letterbox drops and other assets Coordinate database communications in CRM including creating campaigns, building and sending e DMs and reporting, as well as managing printed Direct Mail.
Coordinate and analyse data for ROI reporting.
Manage website content including property listings.
Coordinate event planning and logistics.
Support sales team on community engagement activities and sponsorships.
Manage invoice tracking and processing.
Support day-to-day marketing operations with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
About You Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, e DM builder, content management systems etc.
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications.
Previous generalist marketing experience, preferably in retirement living or property industry.
Experience contributing to delivery of campaigns and events with ambition to manage end-to-end including objectives, ideation, planning, execution and evaluation.
Experience briefing and managing the output of agency partners.
Strong communicator, experienced at working successfully with diverse stakeholder groups (both internal and external to the business) Organised, experienced managing multiple tasks concurrently (across varied projects) with competing deadlines.
