About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive manager who enjoys a challenge, loves a dynamic working environment, and enjoys working with people. Operational and management experience is ideal. The job involves:
Management of day-to-day community operations. Providing a high level of customer service to the community, building engagement among residents, including arranging events, entertainment, and social gatherings. Working in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the Village. Coordinating the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building, and financial resources within the community. Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. About You
Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care. Exceptional customer service skills. Kind, caring, and dynamic nature. A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements. Culture and Benefits
