As a leader in the software engineering community, you will play a key role in the continual advancement of our engineering practices through practices such as Agile and Continuous Delivery. What you'll do … Ensure the delivery of timely, quality solutions by leading the system & contract testing across projects, as required, through effective planning, scheduling, oversight, and execution. Work closely with the team and understand all technical dependencies for test planning and test execution related tasks and activities for functional testing, non-functional testing, automation testing, and call that out to meet all testing milestones. Contribute to the ongoing quality of both delivery and testing capability. Take a lead role in the growth of the test automation practice and promote a quality culture. Write and maintain automated test cases and build the regression suite, ensuring continuous improvement of the test automation practice. Actively contribute to initiatives which support the growth and efficiency of the testing discipline. What we're looking for… Experience leading a team of engineers (mix of on and offshore highly rewarded). Ability to showcase experience working in a large program as a SIT/E2E test lead with multiple integrations, applications, and technical environment, test data dependencies for SIT/E2E testing. Deep knowledge and hands-on test engineering experience. Familiarization with the latest automation frameworks and tools with expertise in at least 1-2. Experience working on test management tools like TFS, OnePipeline, etc. A motivated individual to work in a dynamic program environment with aptitude towards planning, proactive callouts, and risk mitigations.
