Infrastructure Trade Specialist (Electrical Services)Property and Government Insourcing have an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical trade professional to support its preventative maintenance program.Property and Government Insourcing delivers expert property management and maintenance services to the ACT Government and the community.
The group supports the ACT Government's delivery of its services through flexible, efficient, and cost-effective accommodation solutions and property services.
Community services and support are also enabled through the provision of properties to community organisations at affordable rental rates.
Property and Government Insourcing operates on a fee-for-service basis with a requirement to provide a dividend to government.The successful candidate will provide expert advice and contract management to deliver the preventative maintenance program of ACT Government owned and leased sites across the Canberra region.

Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment.
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
