About the role: We have a new position for a Infrastructure Support and Service Desk Analyst, to be based at our Bell Bay manufacturing site, 35 minutes from Launceston.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Bell Bay site as well as supporting all sites in Australia and New Zealand when required. A core component to this role will be to be the first point of contact for all Information Services related issues including helpdesk triage, assigning tasks and monitoring and reporting within agreed service levels.
