About the role: We have a new position for a Infrastructure Support and Service Desk Analyst, to be based at our Bell Bay manufacturing site, 35 minutes from Launceston.
You will be responsible for providing support to the Bell Bay site as well as supporting all sites in Australia and New Zealand when required. A core component to this role will be to be the first point of contact for all Information Services related issues including helpdesk triage, assigning tasks and monitoring and reporting within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities include: Maintain active directory in line with the business policy, requirements and service levels.Sources, installs and maintains personal computing devices and smart phones.Conducts training and technical knowledge transfer to users at the site.Administers and actions all Information Services requests across all sites in accordance with documented service levels.High standards of customer service and professional conduct are expected as you are representing the IT department for the Business.If you have previous experience in any of the below then please apply today: Customer Service Delivery.Supporting an IT infrastructure.Working with a help desk environment.Working with LAN/WAN Environment.Working and troubleshooting Microsoft OS.Exposure to Microsoft Office365.Timberlink is an equal opportunity employer, we encourage all applicants with the RIGHT TO WORK in Australia to apply.
