HR+ Tasmania is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Officer to support the day-to-day activities of our growing organisation, on a part-time basis (0.6-0.8 FTE). HR+ Tasmania is a Rural Workforce Agency (RWA) and registered NDIS Provider which supports Tasmanian communities with primary health workforce planning and through the delivery of support coordination and plan management to NDIS participants across Tasmania.
The Position:The Infrastructure Support Officer will work within our Corporate Services team in Launceston and report directly to our Corporate Services Team Manager. Keeping over 45 staff housed, happy, and able to focus on their job will be a key part of your role – and hopefully spark some joy for you!

The first point of contact to assist our staff with infrastructure-related queries. To help troubleshoot Infrastructure/ I.T. issues.  To maintain and support the effectiveness and safety of our infrastructure.To provide administrative support to the wider Corporate Services team. You may be required to undertake various offsite tasks using the work car, so a valid driver's licence is essential. The role requires a hands-on and flexible approach, along with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. The Organisation:HR+ is a not-for-profit incorporated association contracted by the Australian and Tasmanian governments to recruit and retain general practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals in Tasmania, with an emphasis on rural and remote communities. Our organisation is one of seven Rural Workforce Agencies funded by the Australian Government nationally. HR+ also delivers the Health Workforce Scholarship Program and is a registered NDIS provider of Coordination of Supports and Plan Management.
The HR+ main office is in Launceston, and the position is based within this office. The office has been fitted out with the latest technology, and the greenery is multiplying by the day. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of co-workers and management who would bend over backwards to help you out.
