Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote technical support for Level 2/3 issues, including complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.Oversee the design, setup, installation, and onboarding processes for new cloud projects, ensuring seamless integration for clients.Collaborate with senior engineers on advanced technical projects, including system migrations, performance optimization, and cloud.Document solutions, environments, and processes meticulously to enhance knowledge sharing and support efficiency.Conduct regular health checks and performance assessments on cloud environments to ensure optimal operation.Assist with the escalation and resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to client services. 23rd September, 2024 Level 2/3 Infrastructure Engineer
