Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Sydney CBDStart Date: ASAPRate: $1000 per day Contract Length: 9-12 months About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage medium-sized IT projects, spanning multiple regions or applications.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project delivery while working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management : Manage all phases of IT projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Methodology Application : Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to guide project execution and deliverables.
Tool Utilization : Employ project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to track progress and manage resources effectively.
Communication and Coordination : Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, presenting updates and addressing any project-related issues.
Problem-Solving : Apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve project challenges efficiently.
Team Collaboration : Work independently and as part of a team to ensure project goals are met.
Experience Required: IT Project Management : Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale IT projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Lifecycle Management : Extensive experience in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Project Methodologies : Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Project Management Tools : Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Highly Desirable Experience: IT Transformation : Experience with IT transformation initiatives.
EUC Transformation : Knowledge of EUC transformation using technologies such as Intune and Zscaler.
Site Network Transformation : Exposure to network transformation projects.
Security Operations Uplift : Experience with security operations uplift.
