Purpose: We are now recruiting for an Infrastructure Manager who is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of systems and networks, while leading a team of IT professionals. The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, operational resilience, security, performance of Cloud Services, on-premise infrastructure, Network, Unified Communications and other associated technologies as required. The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with other departments to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and ensure that technology supports operational efficiency.
Required: Significant experience in leading infrastructure technology service delivery functions and associated teams, relationships and budgets in legacy and Cloud platform environments.Significant experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve forecasted platform change needs.Experience in Incident and Change Management processes to maximise platform resilience and assure all key stakeholders.Experience in managing innovative IT operational service delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency goals are achieved.5+ years' experience in enterprise network management and operations.5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure environments.Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking technologies; experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.Significant experience in establishing and managing performance metrics to ensure the reliability and availability of infrastructure systems; troubleshoot issues as needed.Significant experience in the implement and enforcement of security best practices, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's data and IT assets.Significant experience in establishing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.Benefits:
