The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract with the possibility of up to 24-month extensions, plus flexible working arrangements!
The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to: Providing troubleshooting and maintenance for printers and MFDs, ensuring consistent device performance.
Collaborating with fleet vendors on reporting, relocations, and technical issue resolution.
Overseeing print services across environments and leading the deployment, testing, and updates of new devices and software.
Engaging with stakeholders to provide timely advice on print services and contributing to the service desk, following ITIL processes for efficient task management.
The successful Infrastructure Engineer will have experience in: Managing MFDs, printers, and print servers, including setup and maintenance.
Applying ITIL for effective change and incident management.
Working with Group Policy Objects (GPO), whitelisting, and SCCM for device management.
Understanding key security standards, including the Information Security Manual and Essential 8.
