About The Role As an L2 Infrastructure Engineer you will be a critical part of the support team, providing advanced technical assistance to clients. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, and maintaining the stability and security of client infrastructures. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth operations.
About You Minimum 2 years' experience providing Level 2 support. Superior knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure cloud platform, MS Teams, SharePoint and Active Directory. Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and the full Office Suite. Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Knowledge of the following technologies is highly regarded:
MacOS Hypervisor (VMware, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) Veeam Backup and Replication Email Security Sophos Endpoint Protection or XG Firewall Microsoft SCCM Azure Intune Duties Provide Level 2 support for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team. Monitor, maintain, and optimize client systems to ensure high availability and performance.
