Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeYour new companyYou'll be a part of a critical agency and working within the ICT Operations team who are responsible for managing and resolving complex technical problems.Your new roleSpecifically, you will be working and supporting operations across both on premises and cloud technology (Microsoft), acting as a Senior Engineer by leading technical resolutions of incidents and problems and providing technical expertise and advice. Building and maintaining relationships with relevant and key stakeholders is key.What you'll need to succeedExperience with Certificate Infrastructure, Microsoft hybrid and full cloud technologies, Microsoft Server build and deploy, and Windows Powershell will also be advantageous.Skills and understanding of Citrix administration; VMware; RSA authentication manager; experience with thin clients; Certificate Infrastructure; Active Directory; Microsoft Server build and deploy; Linux Server technologies; & Windows Powershell.Contribute and lead solution design and delivery, in conjunction with other Information Services Branch Architects, and the Senior Engineer.Producing and reviewing project/service delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, 'As built documentation' and Operating Procedures.A working knowledge of the Information Security Manual (ISM), the Protective Security Framework Policy (PSFP), and other International Standards (ISO's).Have a NV1 clearance.What you'll get in returnYou will get the opportunity to contribute and be a part of a committed team whilst working on a contract till June 30, 2025.
