Infrastructure Economist

We are currently working with a leading specialist Economics Consultancy looking for an experienced Infrastructure Economist to join their team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable team working on some of the most interesting projects in Australia and the wider APAC region.As an Infrastructure Economist you will be responsible for:Supporting and leading the delivery of Economics components on large-scale infrastructure projects.Providing expert input across business case development, policy, regulation, economic assessments and more.Maintaining existing client relationships and supporting the growth of new business.Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members.An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent.10+ years of experience in infrastructure economics across business case development, economic studies, policy and/or regulatory and financial economics.Specific project experience in Transport, Water or Energy.Motivation to grow alongside an ambitious team.What we offer:Competitive compensation.Exposure to some of the region's most interesting projects.Opportunity to work alongside a team of highly experienced, technically excellent economists.If this is an opportunity of interest, please apply!NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
