DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Infrastructure Manager, you will work in a small team leading the group's infrastructure and work closely with the business stakeholders and internal IT to deliver and maintain technical solutions.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure and supporting ongoing business transformation projects, ensuring operational environments are reliable and meet the demands placed upon them.
This role will also work closely with external support partners to ensure there is a key technical link from the business to these partners, maintaining service levels from a technical standpoint and managing current and future capacity planning effectively.
The Infrastructure Analyst will most likely have come from a hands-on Support, Technical or Network Engineering background, already be working as an Infrastructure Analyst, or be ready to step up to your next challenge as an Infrastructure Analyst.
