Description Reporting to the Assistant Infrastructure Manager, you will work in a small team leading the group's infrastructure and work closely with the business stakeholders and internal IT to deliver and maintain technical solutions.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure and supporting ongoing business transformation projects, ensuring operational environments are reliable and meet the demands placed upon them.
This role will also work closely with external support partners to ensure there is a key technical link from the business to these partners, maintaining service levels from a technical standpoint and managing current and future capacity planning effectively.
The Infrastructure Analyst will most likely have come from a hands-on Support, Technical or Network Engineering background, already be working as an Infrastructure Analyst, or be ready to step up to your next challenge as an Infrastructure Analyst.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience in an IT Support Role The ability to troubleshoot complex work requests and manage expectations regarding infrastructure issues.
Strong organisational skills; keep track of multiple, complex time-critical activities; attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively with remote and virtual teams.
The ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Set and manage stakeholder expectations regarding infrastructure issues.
Be confident in speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough and demonstrable knowledge of the below: Microsoft 365/Exchange Online Azure Fundamentals Security technologies, e.g., MFA, patch management, SSO Network technologies, e.g.
Routers, Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, MPLS Windows Server 2016-2022 Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Windows desktop, e.g., OS, productivity, management, remote access, deployment, hardware Monitoring and alerting systems; use of ticket management systems
Specific Features of this Position Must have the flexibility to work in a dynamic company with a wide product range and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Must be able to manage their own schedule and workload.
Must be prepared to visit any sites across the group for short periods at short notice which may include overnight stays.
Some out-of-hours work will be required.
Training will be provided.
