We are looking for talented and experienced professionals with a variety of attributes and skillsets including:
Expertise in your specific field, with a background in Defence, engineering, science, physics, IT, cybersecurity, network and systems architecture, commercial, project and/or change management, scheduling, integrated logistics support and learning systems. Ability to perform a variety of roles, whether it be senior leadership, project and contract management, scheduling, project support and transition, engineering systems, software, network, datalinks, cloud, DevOps, electrical, mechanical, guided weapons, explosive ordnance, test and evaluation and regulated safety. Integrated logistics support and configuration officers and managers. IT/Cybersecurity, software developers and network architects and technical specialists. Minimum 5 years' experience working in your field, Defence and/or National Security sectors, whether public and/or private. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. A proven track record of working in regulated environments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Familiarity and experience with the defence capability development lifecycle. Strategic thinking with the ability to set and deliver a long-term vision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
