Join Infrapower as a full-time Electrician based in Adelaide, SA.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality electrical installation, maintenance and High Voltage Switching to a range of utility companies and privately owned infrastructure.
As a key member of our skilled trades team, you'll play a vital part in supporting the continued growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Conduct electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standard Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and issues Liaise with clients to understand their electrical requirements and provide tailored solutions Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver projects on time Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken Participate in ongoing training and professional development to keep skills up-to-date What we're looking for
Qualified Electrician with a current South Australian Electrician's License Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an Electrician, preferably in substations, BESS or windfarms Experience in high voltage primary plant & secondary equipment Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and safety protocols Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Good communication and customer service skills Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team Willing to work intra and interstate High Voltage switching operator accreditation (ElectraNet Cat 2 &/or National switching accreditation) High Risk EWP & Forklift licences Working at heights Current White Card What we offer
