This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing mining services contractor with a collaborative culture, strong client relationships in both public and private sector and busy order book for a fulltime and long-term opportunity.

About You Minimum 10 years industry experience Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years with small to medium sized contractors Strong background in bulk earthworks and mine site civil works Previous RTIO inductions highly advantageous Proactive style with a willingness to be out on site and visible as much as possible - this is not an office job. Must be a Perth resident with full Australian working rights Responsibilities include: Forecasting and programming Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials Effective leadership of the construction team Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets Mitigating and incident reports Salary
You will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000 + super + Vehicle + 30% Uplift.
Please note, this is a FIFO position flying out of Perth only. Our client will not fly from interstate.
