Architect Responsibilities: Architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable Solutions based on ServiceNow best practices for our clients. Bringing ServiceNow Platform and Enterprise Architecture best practices together. Understanding business objectives of the company and creating ServiceNow solutions to facilitate those objectives. Designing and supporting Platform Modernization initiatives for more efficiency within the organization – aka digital transformation. Designing ServiceNow solutions to meet specific Risk and Compliance Requirements. Exploring ServiceNow integrations and other tools/systems to maximize value creation. Building and Deploying Data Models based on CSDM and ServiceNow best practices. Keeping up to date on best practices/new developments in ServiceNow and publishing points of view on unlocking ServiceNow capabilities, improving ROI, maximizing Customer Experience amongst other things. Building strong relationships with account teams, sales teams, ServiceNow consultants and other key stakeholders. Engaging in Pre-Sales activities to build proofs of concept, demos, and solution designs.
