With the expansion of their Australian operation, we are seeking an IT Site Lead.
Responsibilities: The implementing and management of all on-site IT resources.Provide service desk support for on-site and US-based end users.Prioritize and complete tickets via the help desk system.Provide application administration of Office365.Continuous coordination with Lab leaders, Security and Facilities to provide support and maintenance of systems.Manage and monitor server-based systems.Manage the documentation of IT processes.Research, test and implement products and systems to meet business objectives.Respond to alerts and emergencies during on-call assignments.This position requires a self driven IT specialist with comprehensive experience (3+years) in providing hands on service desk support to end users. Suitable candidates must be adaptable, confident to work autonomously and motivated to provide the highest levels of quality customer experience.
