Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Manager, IT Service Delivery to lead the seamless transition of the IT services from an insourced to outsourced model.
You'll play a critical role in selecting and managing a new outsourced partner, ensuring reliable and cost-effective IT services that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the selection, onboarding, and management of a new outsourced IT service provider.
Oversee the transition from an insourced operating model to ensure smooth, uninterrupted business operations.
Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring services meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery that supports growth.
Lead a high-performing team responsible for service transition and ongoing operations.
About You: 7-10 years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, and project leadership.
Strong understanding of key infrastructure domains (EUC, Network, Service Desk, Hosting).
Proven track record in managing complex IT transitions and ensuring continuous service improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
