PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Information Technology (IT) Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's technology infrastructure and network systems.
This role involves overseeing the IT operations and ensuring that processes and procedures comply with company, site, and security policies and regulations.
The IT Lead is tasked with analysing the schematics and specifications of unclassified computer systems, maintaining the security and integrity of network systems, and overseeing the daily operations and technical support for IT-related projects.
A deep understanding of the technology industry and the necessary technical expertise is essential for this role.

Conduct technical implementation, configuration, monitoring, audit, administration, and support 15 X 5.
Implementation of industry standard ITIL aligned Service Desk support processes 10 X 6.
Plan and manage implementation and integration of new technologies.

Budget, resource planning and improving work instructions for system support.

Maintain the risk Management Framework and systems ATO status.

Maintain health and safety within the workplace by promoting safety awareness initiatives, discussions and trainings, encouraging a safety focused culture and participating and reviewing risk assessments for those under their supervision.

· Experience managing I.T.
projects, technology refreshes, and small teams · Familiarity with RMF and I.T.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT It is a condition of employment that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.
The employee will require a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance w/ Poly.
