Information Technology Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead product-focused teams in delivering comprehensive services and supporting them in production. In this role, you will oversee technical projects, manage teams, and ensure projects align with business goals and are delivered on time.
This role can be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne.
Information Technology Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities:Identify business objectives and recommend solutions through business analysis and management consulting.Manage project scope from initiation to completion.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.Coordinate resources, prepare teams for kick-off, and ensure effective milestone completion while controlling scope and mitigating risks.Ensure project consultants meet configuration, development, and methodology standards.Streamline delivery processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Provide technical leadership and direction.Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.Lead and manage technical teams, including developers, engineers, and other professionals.Identify and manage risks associated with technical delivery.Offer technical expertise and support teams in resolving complex challenges.Candidate Selection CriteriaMandatory Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, managing project scope, schedule, and budgets, and addressing delivery blockers.Strong knowledge of implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and relevant Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment.Experience in implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders to minimize organizational change impact and successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.Proven leadership in managing technical teams and cross-disciplinary programs from project definition to product delivery.Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems.If you're ready to take on a challenging role that makes a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
