You are an experienced, knowledgeable, and adaptable IT professional with experience working in complex and integrated technology environments. You are a technical expert with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which enable you to partner effectively with diverse business units and stakeholders to develop tailored solutions and successfully deliver IT projects.
About the Role
As the Information Technologist: Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation and support of the University's teaching, learning, student, research and corporate systems, applications, and services. You are an integral member of the team that will facilitate the improvement of IT functions and performance, including system development lifecycle which involves project planning, feasibility studies, systems analysis, requirements definition, systems design and development, integration and testing, acceptance, implementation, and maintenance.
Essential Skills and Experience Significant experience using programming languages, application development tools and databases Significant experience in the design, development and support of software applications and services High level experience in the implementation of system development methodologies, standards, documentation, and quality procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross functional teams Demonstrated experience with, and knowledge of .NET Benefits
