Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support) Full time I am working with a Federal Government organisation, based in the City, to find an Information Management Specialist.This is an initial 6 month contract with a possible 6 month extension. Expected start date: 9 December.
Responsibilities: Developing and implementing an information and records management strategyManaging the organisation's information policies and supporting proceduresCoordinating the organisation's NAA Digital Check-up SurveyEstablishing best standards and practices for information and records management across the organisation's digital and physical information systems.Supporting the organisation's staff on the use of the EDRMSProviding broad records and information management assistance such as complex searches, data migration, classification, retention and disposal of recordsMinimum Requirements: Be available to commence on (or about) 9 DecemberHave an existing NV1 security clearanceHave experience working in a similar position previouslyFor more information, please call Jemma Rowe at Ignite (formerly, The One Umbrella) on or 'apply now'!
