ADD VALUE - THE ROLE The Information Management Officer provides record management services to Council in consultation with the Coordinator Information Management, to facilitate Council's corporate information registration, accessibility, integrity, security, and workflow for business needs, in electronic and hard copy format in accordance with industry Legislation and Standards.
Your experience in Recordkeeping and/or Administration will be complemented by Certificate level qualifications in Recordkeeping/Administration or relevant field, or relevant experience along with sound knowledge of Information Management requirements.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 35 hours per week.
Remuneration package for this position is based on Grade 7 of Council's Salary System Protocol which equates to a base salary of $63,955 - $71,941 per annum plus superannuation.
