We are seeking a highly motivated administrator to help assist in the maintenance of our electronic document and Records Management system, as well as assist with Governance Administrative tasks within our Governance team.
Key responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance of the Council's Record Management System in a manner that ensures integrity, privacy and confidentiality Maintain Council records in compliance with legislative requirements Assist users in searching and retrieving information in the Record Management System database Provide efficient and effective customer service Provide support to process Freedom of Information requests, such as letter writing and support to third party consultation processes.Undertake other administrative governance tasks such as document/report formatting, updating information as directed (on the website, governance registers).Maintain awareness of Council's operations generally and on a daily basis to enable provision of accurate information to officers, residents and service provider.Undertake various projects and duties as directed by the Senior Information Management Officer and Governance Coordinator.Applications close 4pm Sunday 23 June 2024 (shortlisting may commence before the close date).
