Job Description South Melbourne locationInclusive team environment$88,000+SuperThe Opportunity The Information Coordinator, Learning & Development Systems plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of ACCIONA's workforce across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Manager of Training, Learning, and Development, this dynamic position is at the heart of designing, implementing, and managing learning and development (L&D) initiatives that empower teams to excel.
This role is instrumental in developing innovative information management systems to support L&D and broader Human Resources functions, ensuring seamless access to knowledge and resources. By overseeing the storage and distribution of critical L&D information, the Information Coordinator enables the business to leverage both global and local programs effectively, fostering growth, retention, and excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities: Drive the Development of the ACCIONA Integrated Competency Framework: Refine and expand the framework by developing occupation-specific competencies, pathways, and position titles, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring alignment with Workday's Performance & Potential Tool.Enhance Learning & Development (L&D) Systems and Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and daily operations of information management systems (Workday), ensuring best-in-class L&D programs, effective storage, and distribution of knowledge across the business.Manage Participation in Learning Programs: Coordinate nominations and participation in Global, local, and external development programs, including managing calendars, registers, and initiatives like the Technical Leader and Project Leader programs and Roads Australia Fellowship.Support Professional Development and Accreditation: Facilitate continuing professional development activities and support professionals in attaining key accreditations (e.g., CPEng, RPEQ, Victorian BLA), while managing engineering competency accreditations with TfNSW and Queensland Rail.Analyse Workforce Development Needs and Training Initiatives: Collaborate with HR to assess workforce development requirements, conduct training needs analyses, align with project targets, and consult with higher education providers for program alternatives.Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Management)General Construction Induction (White Card).Experience in Information Systems or Training Administration.
