About the Role: As a pivotal member of the Business Services team, the ICT Officer will spearhead the implementation and optimisation of advanced ICT systems, ensuring seamless operation of all technology assets. The position also encompasses the integration of innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and data analytics. In depth knowledge of data security protocols & the ability to implement robust measures to safeguard sensitive information. Demonstrated understanding of privacy laws & regulations, ensuring compliance in all records management practices. Install programs, configure networks & databases & provide assistance to end users. Support information security, database administration or server maintenance. Experience in leveraging automation for optimising records-related workflows. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute technology initiatives from conception to completion. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of records through rigorous quality assurance processes. Experience in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Experience working with an Aboriginal organisation or communities will be highly regarded but is not essential, provided you are able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues pertaining to Aboriginal Primary Health Care and the social determinants of health in our surrounding communities.
