Your role
As an ICT Project Manager at Cyberloop, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing key ICT projects from initiation to completion.
You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a knack for managing cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities will include:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and adapting as needed.
Create, monitor, and control budgets; allocate resources efficiently; ensure all project needs are met within financial constraints.
Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans and resolving issues promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards, conducting regular testing and quality checks.
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare final reports, capturing lessons learned and best practices.
Your experience:
3-5 years of experience in ICT project management, ideally within the energy sector.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus).
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, software development, and relevant technologies.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
