Play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth IT operations for Treasury. We seek a new ICT Officer for our service desk. You will thrive on solving technical IT problems and helping people.
Key Responsibilities: Provide service desk support to staff requiring IT assistance. Utilize a broad range of technical competencies to undertake various technical and system support tasks. Work within a small dynamic team in our Hobart office with a supportive, values-based culture. About the Branch: The Operations and Support team provides information and technology support and manages the Department's information systems infrastructure, including personal computing devices and telecommunication services.
The Information and Technology Services Branch provides information and records management services; develops, maintains, and supports business information systems; and manages cyber security services.
