White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide. Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. An exciting position has become available for an experienced Influencer Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery. If you have a proven track record in influencer marketing with strong negotiation skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program. Assist with the development and execution of high-level influencer activities across segments. Constantly source new talent that aligns with the brand's goals. End-to-end management of influencer contracts, both paid and gifted. Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with White Fox's brand identity across all social media platforms. Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels. Collaborate with all segments within the PR and Influencer team as well as the rest of our brand team on influencer-focused campaigns. Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. Develop, monitor, and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts. Deliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager. Minimum Requirements: Experience in a similar PR and influencer-based role. Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates. Experience in global influencer marketing preferred. Passionate about social media and influencer marketing. Driven and ambitious. Must be proactive with the initiative to drive and execute new ideas. Proven track record and results in previous positions. Strong negotiation skills. Impeccable written and verbal communication. Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships. Able to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure. Works well within a team while also being hands-on with the ability to work independently. Results-oriented and brand-focused.
