White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes exciting position has become available for an experienced Influencer Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in you have a proven track record in influencer marketing with strong negotiation skills we'd love to hear from you.Meet The Team: CLICK HEREKey Responsibilities:Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer programAssist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities cross segmentsConstantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goalsEnd to End management of influencer contracts both paid and giftedIdentify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with White Fox's brand identity, across all social media platformsLiaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channelsCollaborate with all segments within the PR and Influencer team as the rest of our brand team on influencer focused campaignsBe proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaignsDevelop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contractsDeliver weekly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer ManagerRequirementsExperience in a similar PR and influencer based roleExtensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current ratesExperience in global influencer marketing preferredPassionate about social media and influencer marketingDriven and ambitiousMust be proactive with initiative to drive and execute new ideasProven track record and results in previous positionStrong negotiation skillsImpeccable written and verbal communicationImpeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationshipsAble to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast paced environmentBe able to work under pressureWorks well within a team, while also be hands on with the ability to work independentlyResults orientated and brand focusedBenefitsFun & supportive team cultureOnsite gymGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsFun events throughout the year#J-18808-Ljbffr
