The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infield Site Supervisor in Chinchilla to oversee and coordinate various aspects of our operations within the Oil and Gas sector.
The Infield Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient transport services, maintaining accurate stock records, and upholding high standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.

Primary Responsibilities and Decisions
Coordinate and oversee transport services for pick up and deliveries to and from the site, ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials.
Possess comprehensive product knowledge of tubular items for effective communication with team members.
Ensure all work is performed safely and proactively identify and reduce workplace hazards.
Address and fulfill site/facility maintenance requests and equipment maintenance promptly and efficiently.
Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to established safety protocols.
What you'll need to succeed
Supervisor/Management experience in transport, logistics, or related industry.
Exposure to warehousing and experience with handling and transporting industrial equipment in Mining or Oil and Gas environments.
Ability to work autonomously and lead a safety-focused workplace.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
Proficient computer skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
