We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industry Training Consultant to join our team and drive the growth of our traineeship and apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and education providers to promote traineeships and apprenticeships at Lead College. Support and mentor trainees and apprentices throughout their training journey, ensuring they receive the highest quality education and hands-on experience. Work closely with employers to identify workforce training needs and develop tailored training solutions that align with industry standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, government policies, and training program requirements. Monitor the progress of trainees and apprentices, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimize their learning outcomes. Stay current with industry trends, apprenticeship requirements, and best practices in vocational education. Qualifications: Proven experience in vocational education, training, or workforce development, particularly with traineeships and apprenticeships. Strong understanding of industry-specific training needs and the ability to create customized training plans. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employers, trainees, apprentices, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects. Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements within the traineeship and apprenticeship sectors. Passion for supporting students' career growth and helping them achieve their goals.
