Are you qualified to train in one or more of the following fields?
• Civil Construction /plant operations apprenticeships & traineeships (Certificate III level - general/pipe laying)
• Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision
• Short courses which include but are not limited to:
Prepare Traffic Management Plans and Traffic guidance SchemesConfined Spaces, Trenching and Shoring, EWP, Traffic Management, Spotters. • Or any other industry leading Qualifications or courses

To be considered for the role you will have: • a minimum five (5) years industry experience in a civil construction industry sector. Ideally you will hold current and formal qualifications in civil/water or equivalent trade. You also need to demonstrate evidence of current industry skills, knowledge, and experience.
• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or other TAE qualifications (as listed in the Standards for RTOs) will be looked upon favourably but is not essential.
The following skills and experience are required to being successful in this role: • Ability to plan, develop and evaluate training and assessment tools
• Have an extensive knowledge of competency based training as it relates to the civil construction industry
• Experience in online training platforms will be highly desirable
• A thorough understanding of apprenticeship and trainee delivery requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sound administration, organisation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail a must
• Understand the ASQA, AQTF, and RTO guidelines and audit compliance requirements
• Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency in using Student Management Systems, in particular VETtrak
• The ability to be the "face" of CCF during client meetings and briefings.
